HIPAA & Privacy
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Session content stays in your browser and is never stored on our servers. Your data is never used for AI training.
Recordings are transcribed and the audio is automatically deleted. Transcripts expire on a schedule you control, with a maximum retention of 30 days.
Every user signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) during onboarding before accessing Wren.
And every user can view and export their own audit log — directly from the app.
