HIPAA & Privacy
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Chats aren't kept on our servers unless you choose to save them. Your data is never used for AI training.
Recordings are transcribed and the audio is automatically deleted. Transcripts expire on a schedule you control, with a maximum retention of 30 days.
Every user signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) during onboarding before accessing Wren.
